A: The rental fee is €30, and a refundable deposit is required for security. The deposit amount is fully refunded once the headpiece is safely returned in its original condition.

Q: How long can I rent a crown for?
A: Standard rental is for 3–5 days, giving you enough time to receive, wear, and return your crown with ease. Extended rental can be arranged upon request.
Q: How do I book a crown?
A: Simply browse the collection, choose your favourite, select your crown. Please make sure you leave note when headpiece is needed. Please note Heapdiece must be ordered at least 5days prior event.
Q: How do delivery and returns work?
A: Each crown arrives beautifully packaged in a protective box. Once your event is over, return it using the same box. When it’s received back safely, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Q: What if the crown doesn’t suit me?
A: No problem — if you feel the style isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery (subject to availability).
Q: Are the crowns cleaned between rentals?
A: Yes, each piece is professionally cleaned, sanitised, and carefully inspected before every rental, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition.
Q: Can I buy the crown after renting it?
A: Of course — if you fall in love with your crown, you’ll have the option to purchase on request.
